가톨릭의과대학 유헬스케어사업단 & (주)메디칼엑셀런스가 오랜 기간 당뇨환자 모니터링을 통해, 혈당관리 및 개선에 도움이 되고자 만들어졌습니다.

- 타임라인 : 나의 생활습관이 혈당에 어떤 영향을 주는지 흐름을 파악할 수 있습니다.
- 보호자모드 : 당뇨관리가 어려우신 부모님, 가족의 건강데이터를 모니터링 하고, 응원메시지도 전달 가능합니다.
- 챠트기능 : 측정데이터의 추이를 한눈에 파악할 수 있습니다.
- 목표제공 : 나의 상태를 고려한 혈당, 혈압, 체중, 활동량의 목표를 제공합니다.
- 기기연결 : 혈당기기와 BLE 통신으로 연결하여 자동으로 데이터를 가져옵니다.
- 건강앱과 데이터 연동 : iCareD는 애플 건강앱과 연동되어 있습니다. iCareD와 연동데이터 정보를 수정 또는 삭제 하시려면 애플 건강앱에서 수정하시면 됩니다.
